Privacy Policy

• Your account — your name and email address, and a password (stored securely by our sign-in provider, never readable by us) or your Google sign-in.
• Your orders — name, email, mobile number, delivery address, the items ordered, any gift note, and how you chose to pay.
• Your messages — what you write to us, and your email address if you join our mailing list.
• Your device— your cart, wishlist and latest order confirmation are kept in your browser’s storage so they are there when you return. Our servers also keep ordinary technical logs.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered into Razorpay’s secure window and never reach our servers; we receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded. If you pay on delivery, no payment details are collected at all.

• To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order.
• To email you about your order, if email is enabled for the shop.
• To reply when you write to us.
• To write to you about new arrivals and offers — only if you joined our mailing list, and you may leave it at any time.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting law require.

Only the people who help us serve you, and only what they need:

• our delivery partners — your name, mobile number and address;
• Razorpay — to take online payments;
• Google Firebase — to run sign-in and store the shop’s data securely;
• our email and hosting providers;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s storage to remember your cart and wishlist, and our sign-in provider uses technical storage to keep you signed in. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. The mailing list is kept until you unsubscribe.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the mailing list, at any time — write to us using the details below and we will respond within the time the law allows. Where deleting something would conflict with a legal duty to keep a record, we will tell you.

Connections to this site are encrypted, payment details never touch our servers, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care of what you entrust to us.

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
